Last weekend, Micah and Josiah put their heads together and got a new look online for the website. We figured it was about time for a change, since we'd been sporting the then-current look for quite a while.
Everything is the same structurally, however, we moved the Podcast, Photos, and Blog sections under the "MAIN" menu to take up less room.
We've also added RSS chicklets to the sidebar to help those of you who have been asking "how do I subscribe to the Podcast?" Sorry about the confusion!

This one was a little late being posted. Gabriel and Josiah worked all day at getting it put together, but when you only start writing a song at 2:30 p.m. on the day you're supposed to write, record, and release it, it leaves you with very little time. We'll try to stay ahead of the game next time :-).
This week's song is written by Josiah and Micah and is entitled "Never", for reasons which will soon become obvious. We hope you enjoy!

After a successful live interview with WCTC's Festival of the Arts program, Micah and Gabe heading back to Nashville, arriving sometimearound 2:00 a.m. Unfortunately, Micah had to be back up at 7:00 a.m. for a class, so he didn't get much sleep, but we think he'll survive if he makes it back home afterwards.
Photos of the interview and the studio audience, taken by the lovely Betsy Allen, are available in the photos section under VIDEO & MEDIA, as well as on Betsy's Myspace page. A big THANK YOU(!) to her for taking the pictures and sharing them.
Also, regarding a topic that was noted during the interview — the Winter Concert Special coming up in December back in WV — we had mistakenly put the Charleston Civic Center as the venue for this concert. As was noted, the plans have been changed since that tourdate was posted. We are now planning a HUGE production at the Keith-Albee Theater (right) in downtown Huntington, on December 7th. Photos of the theater are also now posted in the photos section of the site, as well as on the venue page in the tour dates section.
An MP3 audio recording of the interview will be available for download and streaming shortly. Thanks everyone!

We were asked to write this song about Sophia - a four-year-old girl from Scott Depot, WV. We asked her what she liked, and she told us: "dragonflies, butterflies, and nature in general". "Sophia" means "wisdom", so these lyrics resulted:
I like the rain upon the shore Bittersweet lift and I want more A reason for seasons to collide Crushing the sky
The sun falls on cedars over me Just like a bird who needs no wings Beautiful reason for this light Innocent life
The dragonfly lifts into the sky Kissing my whole world goodbye Chasing the stars he fades tonight Piercing the veil as he pierces the sky Into the heavens we will fly Life of a child
